Online payments:

1)

Using the online payment facility on our website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our online payment facility. All online payments are subject to these conditions.

2)

By making a payment using the online facility, you are confirming that you are the cardholder, or you are authorised to use the card for the payment you are making. You therefore confirm that you are not acting fraudulently or in breach of any laws or regulations.

3)

Your payment will normally reach the bank account of HBS within two working days. We cannot accept any liability for delayed payments.

4)

We cannot accept liability for payments being recorded on the wrong account if you supply inaccurate information but will make every effort to reallocate any such payments if they arise.

5)

We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by your credit / debit card supplier for any reason.

6)

If your card supplier declines payment, HBS is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank / credit / debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.

7)

In no event will HBS be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

8)

Refunds, if applicable, will be made to the debit / credit card used for the original transaction.

9)

Online payments can be made by debit or credit card. These payments are not collected by us directly but by a Service Provider. HBS would normally make an additional charge to cover the cost of our third-party Service Provider. However, please note that this additional charge will be waivered until June 2022 when it will be reviewed.

10)

Once payment is received by the Service Provider in cleared funds, HBS will update your account.
